Job Title: Trust Junior / Trainee

Salary / Package: £15,000 - £16,000 plus study

Job description:

Our client is a highly respected national firm of accountants and they are currently looking to add to their Trust team in the Peterborough office.

Your role will include;

• Preparation of Trust accounts and Trust Income tax returns for a varied portfolio of clients.
• Day to day administration
• Arranging for tax payments to be made
• Assisting with routine compliance work

The successful candidate will either be educated to degree standard (2:1) or have a high level of secondary education.  In addition you will have a keen eye for figures and details and will have very strong interpersonal skills.

Some experience in Trusts or working in practice would be preferred but is not essential as training will be given.

Dealing with people at all levels, a calm and methodical approach and the ability to learn are also very important.

In return you will be given the opportunity to work for a prestigious firm and will also be provided with study support towards either AAT or ATT.

Qualifications required:

Strong A Levels / 2:1 degree in an appropriate accounting discipline.
