Job Title: Temporary Purchase Ledger Administrator

Job description:

Our client is currently looking for someone to join their purchase ledger team on a temporary basis to cover an increase in workload.

Working as part of a large team your responsibilities will include;

  • Processing purchase invoices, cheque requisitions, BACS requisitions and staff expenses
  • Preparing and carrying out payment runs from purchase ledger
  • Maintaining the information on the purchase ledger for accuracy and relevance
  • To ensure individual creditor accounts are correct and reconciled to supplier statements
  • Ensuring petty cash returns are balanced and reconciled to the general ledger
  • Inputting new supplier details and processing direct debits and standing orders
  • Processing  credit card transactions and reconciling to the general ledger

The role will suit someone with a background in purchase ledger who is available to start a role straight away.  The role is expected to last over the Summer and would require commitment.
