Cambs Consulting doesn’t register all candidates who send their CV through to us. The reason for this is that we don’t want to waste your time (or ours) if we don’t think we can help you. However, when you do register with us, we will endeavour to provide a service that is different and superior to the average. An experienced consultant will listen to what you are looking for and also advise you on what they feel is the best course of action moving forwards.

Meeting our candidates is very important.  In order to find the right sort of role, Cambs Consulting meets all its candidates at a mutually agreeable location and takes you through the recruitment process so that you know what to expect.

We understand that most people ultimately want to find a permanent job, however temping can also prove to be a great option for candidates whether it’s as a fill in whilst looking for the right permanent role, doing it during your holidays, building up your experience or because you have other long term plans. In addition to a fair hourly rate, Cambs Consulting pays holiday pay on top, not rolled into the rate but you can choose whether to take it on a weekly basis alongside the main part of your pay, or at a later date – it will be your choice.
